The person behind Tiggy is the danish artist Charlotte Vigel. As far as I know she was born the 19th of November 1971 on the danish island of Bornholm. In the following list I have tried to piece together some of Charlotte Vigel's career.

2009 Records a virtual guide for the DAB radio: PURE - Sensia. Is part of the "Morgenhyrderne" team (The Morning Herdsmen team) on Radio 100FM. Runs two caramel shops called "Karamelleriet" together with her friend Tine Ipsen. The two shops are found in Copenhagen and in Svaneke on the danish island Bornholm. Sings in her party band called "Back to the 80'ties".

2006 Is part of Oestrogen Radio together with Pernille Aalund and in collaboration with the magasines Q, Bazar, Femina, In and Psykologi. Charlotte participates in the Danish Song Contest as backing vocal for Jørgen Thorup on the song "Søde Gys" (Sweet thrills) composed and written by B-Joe Johansen. Sings in her great party band "Back to the 80'ties". Is part of the "Morgenhyrderne" team (The Morning Herdsmen team) on Radio 100FM. Opens her caramel shop "Karamelleriet"

2004 Sings in her new party band "Back to the 80'ties". Gives birth to her son Rasmus.
2003 Plays the role of Grizabella in "Det Ny Teater" in Copenhagen's production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical "Cats". She is hostess on the radio channel "The Voice". She acts as hostess and "Goddess of Luck" in the music contest broadcasted by the TV-station "TV2-Bornholm" in their program "Blitz 2003". Announces the winner of the traditional "Miss Herring" contest on Bornholm.
2000 Charlotte participates in the Danish Song Contest with the song "Hvad så med mig?" (What about me?) composed by Rasmus Schwenger (Listen to the song here). The same year she is host in her own talkshow called "Talk-TV med Charlotte" (Talk-TV with Charlotte) which runs on TV3.
1999 Tiggys second album entitled "Tiggy" comes out in Japan.
1997 "Ring a Ling" comes out as a single and straight away it becomes number one on the danish single saleschart. The same happens with the second single "Simsalabim" and the following CD "Fairytales" sells more than 30000 copies and thus recieves a goldrecord award for the achievement.
1996 Begins to work on the song "Ring a Ling" together with Flex Records. Sings the songs "December er bare så fed" (December is just so cool), "Julestjerne" (Christmas star) and "Godnat" (Goodnight) for TV2's christmas serial "Krummernes Jul".
1995 Acts, sings and dances in "Det Ny Teater" in Copenhagen's production of "La Cage Aux Folles". As part of the girltrio "Surprise, Surprise" (Annette Buonaventzen, Veronica Mortensen, Charlotte Vigel) she publishes the rock CD "Surprise, Surprise".
1992-1994 Does various singing jobs for the Fullmoon studio. Encouraged by others, she begins to recieve singing lessons.
1991 She moves to Copenhagen.
1990 She is hired by the Bornholm branch of the danish channel TV2.
1988/1989 Charlotte was involved in Next Stop Sovjet tour, which was arranged by a danish youth group for peace.
1987 Around the age of 16 Charlotte is the lead singer in a number of bands.
1981 10 years old, she participates for the first time in amateur theater, which sparks her interest in singing and dancing.
1971 Charlotte Vigel is born.
